I started this company, because I too had to save my home from imminent foreclosure. In October of 2008
I lost my high paying position in the construction industry due to the economy. Once I was laid off, I had to apply for unemployment benefits, my credit cards balances were increasing quickly and my savings in a short time hit zero. My mortgage is with Chase previously WAMU. When I started the process I had no idea what was in store for me, denial three times, repeated requests for documents that have been sent in and run around on the phone until finally I had an approved modification with an interest rate at 2% for five years.
